Quiessence is a high Magnesium feed supplement in a safe, absorbable, palatable pelleted form. As well as providing much needed Magnesium for the body, this supplement also provides Chromium and B vitamins. Quiessence is natural with no side effects. It may help to maintain a normal calm disposition. It may help with muscle soreness due to normal work and exertion patterns.

In horses with a a cresty neck that might be founder-prone, Quiessence has been shown to reduce the crestyness.

Horses with dietary concerns such as obesity or laminitic predispositions may benefit from the feed supplement Quiessence.

Feed Quiessence if your horse can be described as one or more of the following :

• Nervous, tense horses which show an inability to learn and concentrate will often show improvement if supplemented with Magnesium.

• Horses which tend to have tight tense muscles, are slow to warm up and have 'sore' or 'tight' backs, can also show improvement if Magnesium is supplied.

• Horses which are in work, kept in stables and fed on preserved and processed foodstuffs often benefit from Magnesium supplementation in their diets.

• Horses who are easy keepers and on a hay-only diet

• Horses prone to or with a history of founder

• Horses with cresty necks

• Horses whose weight is hard to manage either from low weight or obesity
  - this supplement serves to balance out their nutrient needs

Quiessence® provides 5g Magnesium (4g from Magnesium Oxide, and 1g from Chelated Magnesium), and 1.25mg of Chromium Piccolinate per 1 ounce measure in a palatable, pelleted base of distiller's grains.

Magnesium should not be fed to horses with impaired kidney function or those with restricted water intakes.

Chromium should not be given to horses with PSSM/EPSM.

Magnesium Oxide, Chelated Magnesium, Sodium Chloride, Chromium Piccolinate, Ameribind (binder), Flavoring, Distillers Grains, Powersweet, Wheat Mids.

Contents of Quiessence by weight per Oz(28g):

Directions for Use: Administer 1oz per 250lbs. body weight per day to start. Drop to ½ oz per 250lbs body weight per day when improvement is evident. Adjust accordingly for different body weights and results.

May be given on an as needed basis as well.
